By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
The website provides information about BOSYX, our services and our products, and a way to contact us. Nothing can be purchased through the website.
The content on the website is general information. It is not professional, technical, legal or financial advice for your specific situation, and it is not an offer to provide services. Examples on the website that are labelled as illustrative describe how we approach problems; they do not describe a specific client’s system or promise a particular result.
Contacting us, sending an inquiry or having an initial conversation does not create a client relationship or any obligation for either of us. Any services we provide—including assessments, projects, managed technology or advisory work—are governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
