How do you approach security?
Security is part of the design, not an afterthought. We apply access control, secrets management, data protection, environment separation and change discipline in proportion to the risk of the system.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
Ownership, licensing and IP terms are set out clearly in the commercial agreement. On handoff, you receive the source, documentation and access the agreed model requires.
Will our system be documented?
Yes. We document the architecture, key decisions, integrations and deployment—the knowledge needed to maintain it responsibly.
Do you test before we see it?
Yes. We verify critical behavior first. Your validation confirms it works for the business—you’re not our QA team.
How do you use AI with business data?
With controls around it. AI output shouldn’t silently become business action where rules, approval or validation are required.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We can sign a confidentiality agreement before detailed information is shared.
Can you support our security or due-diligence review?
Yes. We can answer security and technical questions as part of scoping.
