Do I need a technical specification?
No. Many clients start by describing what isn’t working. If you do have requirements, we can move straight into discovery.
What are the stages of an engagement?
Understand, Design, Build & Connect, Validate & Launch, and Manage & Improve. The depth of each stage depends on the work.
How involved does my team need to be?
We need access to the right people, information and decisions, plus timely feedback. We do the technical testing, so your time goes into confirming it works for the business.
What if our requirements change?
We show the impact on scope, time and cost and agree it with you before going ahead. Changes are never silent.
What ways can we work together?
